Recently I got my large set of sofa and a carpet in my living room cleaned by them. My carpet was deeply stained and foul smelling, also theer were some spots on my sofa too because of me pet. The team arrived and relieved me from this begg mess in a moment. The final product they showed me looked amazing and so refreshing. They looked like newly taken out from the showroom. Excellent work leaving no sign of stains behind. Well done guys. This company is definitely my first go place for any carpet needs in future.

Jay is the absolute, absolute best! He is my dog-emergency carpet, furniture, drapes, and rug go-to. He is communicative and does his job thoroughly and doesn't leave your home until you're satisfied and smiling. The first time I called him was for an enormous chocolate stool emergency that was caused by our puppy who had escaped her crate and created a mess everywhere. I opened the door for him and his crew, showed him every inch that needed spot cleaning and left the house to rush our dog to the vets. I got back and he was finished and he departed. I ended up finding more spots on a different level in the house and called him. His crew turned right back around and came back to my rescue for a second time in the same afternoon. Jay and Eli did a fabulous job.  My carpet was a mess, having 7 people and a dog living here.   I don't think that it's been this clean in 10 years of using a "big name" carpet cleaning service .  Worth giving them a call!

 

Had a bad run in with poison ivy that I or the dog tracked indoors. Jay got me in the next day and I was so thankful!  Carpet looks great, and Jay was professional and super helpful. :-)

I called on Jay to come out and clean some old stained carpet. He said I'll try a spot if u like it u pay if it won't come out no charge. What a great quote so why not give them an opportunity. They came out pretreated the stains with some enzymes and boom the oil stains where gone and the rest of the carpet looks better than I've ever seen it. I called Jay on Monday (9/12/16) after I had a disastrous experience with a brand new, very expensive Rug Doctor machine I had bought (definitely don't try to do it yourself if you want decent results- the professional equipment can't be beat by a machine manufactured for consumer use), and he was able to fit me in the very next day. He and John worked miracles on my off-white carpet. My dog had had a bladder problem and basically went everywhere in the house, so I had him use the pet treatment he recommended, and not only did it help the smell tremendously, but the carpet as a whole just came out looking 500% better then what I thought possible.
Obviously some stains aren't going to come out, so don't have unrealistic expectations, but I was quite impressed with the end result. I'm recommending Jay to my family, and will use him yearly from here on. One item to note- like Jay forewarned, it took a full 24 hours for the carpets to completely dry, so plan accordingly.

 

I will rate him 5-star. Jay is good professional guy. He came on time and did the work very satisfactorily & worked on Marginal price as compared to market. I am planning to call him once or twice an year. I will refer this company for carpet cleaning...
